Job Description- Assists the Nurse Leader or designee with updates and maintenance of unit records, reports, and forms.
- Assists with performance appraisals, corrective actions, and counseling.
- Prepares monthly schedules for the assigned unit, ensuring coverage for all cases. Utilizes time effectively and accomplishes duties within the necessary timeframe with minimal supervision.
- Provides required documentation for personnel files in a timely manner. Communicates courteously with internal and external customers in person or on the telephone.
Associate's of Nursing [Required]
Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Master's of Nursing [Preferred]
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- 1+ years nursing experience [Required]
- 1+ years leadership experience [Preferred]
- 1+ years surgical nursing experience [Preferred]
