Consistent hours, lower acuity, no weekends or holidays, no on-call

Stable practice specializing in ophthalmic procedures, providing a focused and predictable case mix

• $275,000–$350,000/year + $20K sign-on bonus

• Optional 5th day at $185/hour (extra earnings flexibility)

As a CRNA Supervisor
, you will play a vital role in our surgical team, providing top‑tier anesthesia care while leading and supporting your fellow CRNAs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Pre‑operative, intra‑operative, and post‑operative anesthesia care

• Assessing and preparing patients for monitored anesthesia care

• Overseeing patient recovery and immediate post‑op needs

• Collaborating closely with physicians and surgical teams

• A strong commitment to patient care and teamwork

• A flexible approach to scheduling

• Florida Licensed CRNA
• ACLS and BLS Certification
• Experience preferred, but recent graduates welcome
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR and MS Office Suite a plus
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, mobile clinical setting
