Job Description
  • Leads strategies based on industry and organizational data to implement initiatives improving nursing care delivery.
  • Provides leadership in developing programs to support career pathways for team members within the nursing workforce pipeline.
  • Collaborates with academic and community organizations to create experiential learning opportunities for students and prospective allied health and nursing employees.
  • Conducts periodic assessments and evaluations of innovative nursing programs, implementing changes as necessary.
  • Works with leaders and stakeholders to identify, implement, and evaluate processes that drive exceptional clinical outcomes through nursing workforce innovation.
Qualification Requirements

Associate’s of Nursing (Required), Bachelor’s of Nursing (Required), Master’s, Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body.

Pay Range

$70,682.60 – $
