Advent Health North Pinellas

Provides direct patient care and support within the nursing career pathway and profession. Collaborates with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to inform and monitor patient treatment plans. Manages and updates patient records and documentation.

Plans and delivers competent, compassionate, and cost-effective nursing care. Assesses and evaluates it post delivery. Provides physical and psychological support to patients and their families. Complies with organizational policies, procedures and standards.

• Achieves goals through the work of others.
• Management responsibilities include career development, implementing business strategies/processes, and building a high-performing team.
• Provide people leadership and management direction to ensure the overall efficiency of an area(s) or administrative process by implementing strategies and processes.
• Guided by policies and procedures, impacts the quality and operational efficiency of own team as well as other teams.
• Manages a team consisting of Professionals; exercises judgment and interpretation to help apply procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
• Requires specialized experience of technical or operational practices within job family group and/or job family; possesses broad experience and skills.

Bachelor's of Nursing Required/ Master's of Nursing Preferred.

1+ year of leadership or management experience. 1+ acute care experience.

CPR Cert (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) required.

Registered Nurse (RN) Required

Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) preferred

Certified Post-Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) preferred
