Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Activities)

Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on the resident preferences.
  • Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
  • Ensures a safe environment for residents by adhering to the Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
  • Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
  • Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • College credits required;
    Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
