Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Activities)Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on the resident preferences.
- Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
- Ensures a safe environment for residents by adhering to the Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
- Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
- Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
- Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
- College credits required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
