ACTS, Inc. is growing! We are seeking compassionate, driven individuals to join us in making a lasting impact through meaningful work on the Keystone Residential Team!

Salary Range: $18.00-$22.00/hr.

Schedule:

Full-Time and PRN openings available.

In-person and On-Site at our Adult Residential Housing program in Tarpon Springs, Florida.

10 company paid holidays and 11 days paid time off per year.

Professional Growth and Development Opportunities Available.

• Making frequent rounds of facility to insure adequate safeguards and client safety are maintained.
• Observing clients for changes in behavior and motivates clients to participate in activities.
• Advises clients in their personal adjustment utilizing verbal de-escalation techniques.
• Interprets the client handbook for clients as needed and applies applicable rules and regulations to clients.
• Documents individual contacts, daily case notes, incident and injury reports and grievances.
• Assists clients in preparing for court appearances or other outside activities.
• Implements supportive, psycho-educational and recreational groups.
• Advises and guides clients on personal hygiene habits.
• Monitors and tracks compliance with self-administered medication process after successful completion of training provided by ACTS, Inc.
• Other duties as assigned.

• A high school diploma or the equivalent.
• Ability to pass Federal, State and Local Law Level 2 background clearances.
• Ability to participate in crisis intervention and CPR/First Aid training and apply learned techniques, as needed.
