This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tarpon Springs, FL. The Universal Banker will engage with customers to assist with their financial needs, including handling deposits, processing loans, and managing cash transactions. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and promoting the bank's products and services to enhance the overall banking experience.

• Proficiency in deposit handling, cash handling, and loan processing
• Strong customer service skills and ability to foster positive client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy when managing financial transactions
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
• Previous banking or financial services experience is preferred
• Associate's degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus
