The Role
Take full ownership of commercial projects from concept to completion. You'll collaborate directly with clients and engineers, drive your designs forward, and see the impact of your work every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial projects using Revit from schematics through construction
- Produce sharp 3D visuals that bring your ideas to life for clients
- Direct site planning and make sure projects meet zoning and code requirements
- Manage contractor bidding and selection to keep builds on track
