We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven individual to serve as Bookkeeper of Prudential Stainless & Alloys, LP, a leading master distributor dedicated to servicing metal service center customers across the USA, Canada and abroad. We provide a wide range of products, specializing in unusual and difficult to find items.

Prudential Stainless & Alloys has been in business for 78 years. We are now moving to North Carolina! We pride ourselves on cultivating an environment of respect for our employees and growing with them. For example, we have never had a layoff in all our years of business, not even during COVID. We have many employees with 10, 20 and 30+ years tenure with us.

• High school diploma required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Payroll processing.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Sales tax and payroll tax reporting.
