Tanggung Jawab
- Memimpin dan mengelola tim IT Programmer secara strategis dan operasional
- Pengawasan pengembangan, implementasi, dan maintenance sistem/aplikasi perusahaan
- Menyusun roadmap teknologi, arsitektur sistem, dan standar coding
- Berkoordinasi dengan manajemen dan divisi terkait dalam mendukung kebutuhan bisnis
- Melakukan evaluasi kinerja tim serta pengembangan kompetensi SDM IT
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika / Sistem Informasi / bidang terkait
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang IT / Software Development
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di posisi IT Manager / Lead Programmer / sejenis
- Memahami database (MySQL, Postgre
SQL, atau sejenisnya) - Memiliki leadership yang baik dan kemampuan problem solving
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan target
