Logiframe is a trusted IT consulting and business solutions provider, specializing in delivering end-to-end technology solutions that help organizations optimize operations, improve decision-making, and drive growth. Our expertise spans ERP implementation, Cloud Accounting Systems, Business Process Outsourcing, CRM, and custom technology consulting services. We are currently seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Senior Sales to join our team.
Job Description- Identify and qualify new potential clients for Logiframe’s IT solutions (especially CRM / Accounting / ERP System).
- Generate leads through market research, cold outreach, networking events, digital campaigns, and referrals.
- Schedule and lead discovery meetings to understand clients’ business challenges, goals, and operational needs.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to decision‑makers.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals covering scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Monitor sales pipeline stages, prepare reports, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients post‑sale.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for Logiframe’s solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and client developments to uncover new opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in IT solutions especially ERP System (Experienced in ERP Systems / CRM / Accounting Systems / Other Software / Technology Consulting Services will be a consideration as well).
- Strong track record in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, targeting mid to enterprise‑level clients.
- Consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of ERP, CRM, Accounting Systems, IT solutions or business software solutions is an advantage.
- Proactive, result‑oriented, and highly driven.
- English proficiency is a strong advantage.
