PT. Total Fluid Control is an authorized distributor of Parker products from USA for hydraulics, fluid connectors, O-ring and seals, and other industrial products. Established in 2009 and has a store in Lindeteves Trade Center at Glodok Jakarta, branch offices in Pekanbaru and Surabaya. Due to the rapid expansion of the company, we now urgently need the following position to fill our sales growth.

Machinery & Automation 11-50 employees

• Assist sales for sales activities (correspondence, quotation, customer contract, handling customer, handling complain, tender documentation)
• Responsible for processing customer order and make sure to be delivered / shipped as per the requested schedule
• Coordination with Purchasing & Order Process Dept to fulfill customer’s requirement

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Proficient in English both oral and written
• Able to operate computer Ms. Office, Internet, etc
• Good educational background - minimum B level standard
• Able to work as part of a small team in a demanding and work intensive environment
• Versatile and flexible
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Preferably domicile location in Jakarta Barat or Tangerang
