This is a full-time onsite role for Sales Staff, located in Tangerang. As a Sales Staff member, the primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, managing customer relationships, actively promoting the company's PVC resin products, and negotiating sales contracts. The role also requires preparing sales reports, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer inquiries and requirements effectively.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales, specifically in the industrial or manufacturing sector, is advantageous
• Ability to identify leads and develop long-term customer relationships
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing sales reports
• Knowledge of PVC resin products or related industries is preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
