Sales & Service Engineer

The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for promoting, selling, and providing technical support for our engineering products and solutions. This role combines customer relationship management with hands‑on service and technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.

Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads within the assigned territory.

Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and support to customers.

Conduct installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment/products.

Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and sales reports.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after‑sales support.

Collect market information and competitor activity to support sales strategies.

Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and company standards.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales and/or technical service roles, preferably in [industry type – e.g., rotating equipment, pumps, seals, oil & gas].

Strong technical understanding and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Proactive, result‑oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
