Responsibilities

• Developing and ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures.
• Running employee relations programs.
• Overseeing the office management function.
• Managing all confidential documents of company.
• Create and ratify company documents such as employment contracts and company regulations
• Assist overseas assignees with the local regulation.
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department
• Employee performance and potential assessment (KPI)
• Leading the HR department
• In charge with end-to-end HR department
• Able to speak English and Mandarin.
