Merchandiser Kids Senior Officer

Develop and execute assortment strategy for the Kids category to drive sales growth and profitability.

Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers, including negotiation of pricing, trading terms, rebates, and promotional support.

Follow pricing structure and ensure achievement of targeted gross margin and contribution.

Analyze sales performance, sell-through rate, and inventory turnover to optimize product performance.

Coordinate closely with store operations to smooth execution.

Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Buyer or Merchandiser in retail industry (experience in Kids/Children products is highly preferred).

Proven experience in supplier negotiation and commercial terms management.

Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of margin calculation, pricing strategy, and sales performance analysis.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis and reporting) and Power Point (presentation development and delivery).

Commercially driven, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
