About the role

Quality Surveyor at PT FAJAR KONSTRUKSI ENJINIRING is a full‑time position based in Tangerang, Banten. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of the company's manufacturing and logistics operations, with a focus on quality control and assurance.

• Conducting inspections, testing, and quality control measures to ensure products and services meet company and industry standards.
• Monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Documenting and reporting on quality control activities and findings.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, best practices, and quality management principles.
• Providing training and guidance to production and logistics staff on quality procedures.

• Significant experience (8+ years) in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industries.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection techniques, and statistical process control.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in quality management or engineering.
