Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities at the manufacturing site.
- Conduct in-process quality control (IPC), including weight checks, mixing homogeneity tests, moisture and solubility testing, and organoleptic evaluations (aroma, color, texture).
- Monitor production environment conditions such as humidity and cleanliness in mixing and filling areas.
- Verify the cleanliness of production areas, machines, and equipment.
- Oversee premix, mixing, sieving, filling, sealing, and packing processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Report any process deviations or nonconformities promptly.
- Prepare QC reports and coordinate with QA, R&D, and Production teams.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and BPOM standards.
- Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes for production issues.
- Preferably male.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Process QC, Field QC, or Incoming QC.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, with the ability to analyze data and prepare weekly and monthly quality reports.
- Able to implement SOPs, suggest improvements, and develop new procedures when needed.
- Proficient in using spreadsheets and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Strong communication skills; able to present findings and coordinate effectively with both management and production teams.
- Familiar with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) for handling nonconformities.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, honest, and highly integrity-driven (anti-fraud mindset), with strong initiative and growth mindset.
- Understanding and capable of applying GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and Halal standards.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules if required.
