Nurse Supervisor​/Supervisor Perawatan

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing operations in a specialised fertility and women’s health centre.

This role combines clinical expertise, team leadership, and operational oversight to ensure safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care.

Provide direct nursing care and assist doctors during examinations and procedures, including IVF treatments

Perform venepuncture and support laboratory-related processes

Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and quality standards

Build strong rapport with patients and families, delivering excellent service and care

Maintain strict confidentiality of patient medical and reproductive information

Supervise, coach, and mentor staff nurses and nursing assistants

Manage duty rosters, task delegation, and workflow coordination

Support handling of complex cases and patient escalations

Assist in training and performance development of nursing staff

Ensure accurate documentation, nursing reports, and quality indicators

Monitor proper use and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies

Assist in developing and implementing nursing protocols and SOPs

Provide operational support in the Centre Manager’s absence

Participate in centre activities, talks, and cross-department initiatives

Profesi Ners (Ns.) / Bachelor in Nursing

Active STR and willing to apply for SIP

Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience

At least 3 years in supervisory/lead role preferred

Experience in women’s health, fertility, or IVF is a strong advantage

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Able to work in a fast-paced, high-standard clinical environment
