Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Footwear Product Developer Manager (shoe industry)

Willing to be placed at Tangerang, Banten

Develop work schedules and coordinate activities within a work package to ensure the achievement of planned goals.

Coordinate product development to ensure optimal quality, productivity, and cost efficiency, delivered on time, while ensuring the developed products meet buyer requirements, are reliable, and are feasible for mass production.

Ensure all required preparation packages for mass production are completed on time and in accordance with targeted KPIs.

Provide final approval for products prior to delivery to buyers or release for mass production.

Instruct and authorize product changes or improvements when necessary to meet performance, quality, or customer requirements.
