Process Engineer

• Supervise and ensure processes operate within defined parameters
• Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Troubleshoot & resolve process deviations in a timely manner
• Identify potential hazards affecting people, products, or environment
• Ensure strict implementation of GMP, food safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
• Support Safety, Health & Environment (HSE) risk assessments & audits
• Lear or support improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, TPM, or Kaizen methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cost saving and efficiency project
• Support trials for new products or new technologies. Validate new processes and ensure smooth industrialization
• Prepare reports on process performance, quality result & improvement projects

• Bachelor of Chemical Engineering
• Min 2 years of process engineer/production/continuous improvement in manufacturing industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English (written and speaking)
