• Educational Background minimum S1
• Having Experience Minimum 10 years in a related position at Plastic Manufacturing
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
• Knowledge of production management principles
• Good knowledge and familiarity with ISO 9001:2008, HACCP / ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 / FSC CoC
• Strong Leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Preferable live in Tangerang area

• Responsible for planning, inventory, production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Strong understanding of factory machines and equipment
• Coordinate with different departments to streamline production
• Having knowledge for Production processes and quality standard
• Oversee daily factory operations and production processes
• Provide leadership and direction to improve overall factory performance
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Having experience for Audit
• Perform other related duties as required
