AI Automation & Process Optimization Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze automation opportunities across the company
- Document current-state processes and propose future-state automated workflows
- Support development and deployment of RPA, workflow automation, and AI use cases
- Assist in tool selection, testing, and integration with existing systems
- Track benefits, adoption, and performance of automations
- Prepare SOPs and user guidelines; support basic user training
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Business, or related
- 2-3 years of experience in automation, digital transformation, or process improvement
- Exposure to RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere)
- Basic understanding of AI/LLM use cases and data processing
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Experience with Finance processes (AP/AR) is a strong plus
- Strong in communication skill
- Structured thinking & discipline
