We are seeking a coding expert fluent in Italian to help train large-scale language models. You will engage with the model on software engineering tasks, verify technical accuracy, assess language usage in Italian, document failures, and contribute to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Converse with the model on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Italian.
• Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency, assess naturalness and correctness of Italian language usage.
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failures to harden model reasoning.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is ideal.
• Real-world coding experience, technical writing in Italian, or open-source contributions signal fit.
• Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential.
