Mercure Tangerang BSD City, we are hiring!

• Cluster Executive Housekeeper

• Manage the housekeeping team, including hiring, training, and evaluating team performance
• Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling team members, assigning tasks, and ensuring adequate coverage
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and replenishing cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment
• Monitor and control departmental expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines

• Bachelor's degree and/or Hotel Management degree is an asset
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant position in 5-star hotel experience is a must
• Prior pre-opening experience is highly desirable
• Always strives to ensure maximum comfort and excellent service, can professionally resolve comments and complaints.
