The Springs Club – Summarecon Serpong is a sport complex and luxury venue for event weddings and exhibitions, featuring an Olympic Size Pool, various sport courts (Badminton, Basketball, Squash, Tennis, Futsal), a two-tier restaurant serving Indonesian, Western, and Chinese cuisine with garden view, outdoor garden party area for up to 500 guests, a Royal Ballroom for up to 1200 guests, large car park, and private drop-off for VIP guests.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, preferably Tourism & hospitality graduates or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in same position
• Must be a highly committed individual
• Communicative, responsible, discipline, good looking
• Familiar with Ms. Office
• Fluent in English both speaking & writing is preferable
• Strong organizational skills and strong customer focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and orientation to effective teamwork
• Self-initiative and problem solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Effective time management
• Full time position, willing to work in shift time
• Placement in Gading Serpong area

Job Description

• Promote and sell sport club memberships
• Process enrollments, renewals, and lapse notifications
• Manage inbound and outbound calls
• Receive facility reservations and generate facility usage reports
• Manage membership administration
• Handle complaints and special requests from members
• Organize and assist with events and exhibitions
• Supervise routine staff tasks
