• Engage the model with policy scenarios, governance questions, and political analysis tasks; verify factual accuracy and institutional correctness; assess logical consistency and bias risks; capture reproducible error traces; and provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation standards, and analytical depth.
• You may also help identify where models oversimplify political processes or misinterpret procedural rules.

• Work on topics such as constitutional frameworks, policy trade-offs, electoral systems, legislative procedure, political theory, comparative government, public budgeting, ethics in governance, and the practical realities of policy making—documenting failure modes to strengthen model reasoning and neutrality.

• A degree in political science, public policy, public administration, international relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in government offices, legislative bodies, advocacy organizations, regulatory agencies, campaigns, or civic institutions is highly valued.
• Clear, metacognitive communication—explicitly articulating reasoning and decision processes (“showing your work”)—is essential, particularly when analyzing complex or sensitive topics.

We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
