Trading Manager

Overview

Lao Asean Leasing Company was established in 2015 with primarily activity in lending business. We were listed in 2019 and became biggest listed Company in Laos now with 500 employees and branches in all provinces in Laos. We are currently expand our business to trading field and looking for trading manager who can identify opportunity and execute the trading transaction, either in Laos or out of Laos.

• Looking for new opportunities in trading field
• Analyze the opportunities such as profit margin, inventory turnover, business cycle
• Daily trading responsibilities (including product and portfolio execution)
• Deep sales analysis on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis to develop immediate and long term strategy
• Manage the Gross Profit and Gross margin to ensure we achieve budgeted profitability
• Select products to be featured in weekly emails based on over and under performers
• HAVE EXPERIENCE IN COFFEE TRADING and MINING TRADING IS A PLUS

• Lead and/or participate as a subject matter expert on projects and other business driven initiatives
• Responsible for goal setting, managing performance, hiring staff, coaching and developing staff to promote both individual and team success
• Monitor Market Structure and Regulatory changes
• Experienced with the routing capabilities of wholesalers, exchanges and ECN's
• Strong organizational skills and pro-active problem solving skills

Economics, finance and banking, export and import

Vientiane, Laos. Domestic travelling and Oversea travelling are required. Travelling domestic and oversea is required.

from Monday to Saturday morning, from 8am to 5pm.

3,000 USD in net basis (can be negotiated) + housing allowance capped at 300$/month + incentive by 1% of profit from the trading deal that the PIC can make.
