Finance Business Partner Manufacturing & Control

• Assist the Supply Chain Directorate by translating financial data into insights and actionable strategies
• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making and operational improvements within the Supply Chain Directorate
• Ensure that fundamental finance processes, operations, and basic accounting controls align with the Supply Chain Directorate’s processes
• Ensure that financial operations and controls align with the company’s financial accounting services and are properly implemented within the Supply Chain Directorate
• Perform cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations and conduct financial analysis to optimize cost efficiency and profitability

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in finance business partnering, preferably with experience in commercial or marketing finance. Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Solid knowledge of COGS calculation and cost analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
