Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis within a manufacturing environment, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Prepare accurate and timely plant financial analysis reports to provide clear visibility into the performance of each business unit.
• Conduct variance analysis against budget and rolling forecasts, and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with operations to analyze the end-to-end production process, identify cost-saving opportunities, and track the impact of implemented improvements.
• Perform in-depth analysis of cost structures to uncover risks and opportunities, and deliver regular reports on cost and expense management.
• Lead cost standardization efforts and continuously improve the cost control and management processes.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process and support ongoing budget monitoring and management activities.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and other assignments as directed by management.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or cost control within a manufacturing plant environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), BI tools, and SAP system.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
• Willing to be placed in Cikande, Kab. Serang.
