Cost Controller Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project or operational budgets and actual costs to identify variances and trends.
• Prepare regular cost reports, forecasts, and financial dashboards.
• Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and finance to ensure accurate cost tracking and control.
• Analyze and report on profitability, cost trends, and performance against budgets.
• Assist in the development of cost estimating and budgeting tools.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of costs in ERP or accounting systems.
• Maintain cost control procedures and recommend improvements.
• Review and validate supplier invoices, purchase orders, and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct risk and impact analysis on budget deviations.
• Support audits and internal reviews with relevant cost data and documentation.
