Responsibilities

• Support M&A activities including target screening, valuation, due diligence, and deal execution.
• Develop robust financial models and investment analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and investment memos for management and stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio performance and post‑merger integration from a financial perspective.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA is a plus.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
