HVAC Project Manager EPC WFO

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

At least 5–7 years of proven experience in HVAC & MEP project management, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.

Solid technical knowledge of HVAC & MEP systems including chillers, VRF, AHU, ducting, piping, and electrical systems.

Proficient in project scheduling software such as MS Project or equivalent tools.

Strong leadership capability with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Prior experience managing projects valued at ≥ IDR 50 billion will be an advantage.

Willing to travel and be stationed at project sites as required.

Lead end-to-end project execution covering planning, engineering coordination, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning, and final handover.

Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Develop, track, and control project timelines, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and manpower allocation.

Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and internal company procedures.

Oversee on-site activities and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.

Administer contract matters including variation orders, claims management, and project documentation.

Deliver periodic progress updates and performance reports to management and clients.
