Responsibilities

Implement, analyze & develop preventive maintenance to reduce downtime

Carry out inspections of the machines, factory facilities, to identify & resolve issues

Plan, oversee all machine’s repair/equipment

Monitor & control critical spare parts of machines to ensure availability of spare part when needed & reduce downtime

Monitor expenses & maintenance cost

Keep maintenance logs, report on daily activities

Cooperate with other departments to ensure production target achieved

Lead improvement process to reduce downtime, reduce cost, increase quality & increase throughput

Job requirements

S1, Bachelor in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Has good knowledge & experience of GMP, HACCP & FSSC
At least 10 years of working experience in the related field as Engineering Supervisor
Age Max. 40 years old
Conversant in English (speaking, writing, listening)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Solid Works
Willing to work shifts (3 shifts, 4 groups)
Preferably domiciled in Tangerang
BPJS & Insurance
PPh
21 income tax will be fully paid by the company
