• Increase productivity, efficiency and profitability of customer accounts
• Compliance with company policies and standards
• Support implementation of concepts, practices, and procedures in-house
• Support audits on smaller customer sites and develop concepts
• Work on optimization and efficiency projects to support PMC team
• Advise customer accounts to continuously improve efficiencies within a defined area
• Document project progress, report savings potential and achieved savings in projects
• Implement ink room & press room processes
• Work closely with Sales manager and Application manager to assure proper procedures, workflow, quality and customer relations standards

• Printing & Ink Room experience (min. 5 years)
• Strong communication in English and problem‑solving skills
• Bachelor of Printing Science
• Bachelor in Chemistry
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
