Responsible to develop and implement a counseling program to assist students in their personal, social, and academic development.

• Provide data or information as a result from psychology diagnoses for students suspected of having special needs.
• Implement alternative interventions and/or assessments on students.
• Refer students to other support services and mental health professionals as needed.
• Listen to students' concerns regarding social, academic, or personal circumstances.
• Provide support and guidance on how to deal with problems.
• Mediating and improving relationships between students, parents, and teachers.
• Conduct counseling for individuals and groups as required.
• Conduct assessments to determine student's strengths, weaknesses, interests, and aptitudes.
• Work with students to develop and improve their skill set.
• Assist students in developing career goals.
• Assist students with scholarship and college applications.
• Implement programs to combat substance abuse.
• Provide training and coaching to teachers related to child psychology and learning methods.

• Master's degree in counseling or psychology (S2 – Magister Profesi)
• Child and adolescent clinical psychologist or educational psychologist
• Experience dealing with students and parents
