About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lower Secondary Mathematics Teacher to join our team at Yayasan Syafana Media Insani. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang Banten. As a Lower Secondary Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective mathematics lessons to students, ensuring they develop a strong understanding of the subject matter and achieve their academic goals.

• Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for lower secondary students
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to support student learning
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
• Maintain detailed records of student performance and progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high‑quality educational experience
• Participate in professional development activities to continually improve your teaching skills

• A bachelor's degree in mathematics or a related field
• A teaching certificate or diploma in secondary education
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching mathematics at the lower secondary level
• Strong knowledge of the lower secondary mathematics curriculum and teaching methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
