Jakarta Nanyang School is seeking a highly qualified and committed Science Teacher to teach at Primary School and Secondary School levels within a Cambridge curriculum environment for the Academic Year 2026–2027.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong subject knowledge, effective pedagogy, and a commitment to developing confident, independent learners.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Science from a reputable university, with recognised teaching qualifications
• Demonstrated competence in Cambridge teaching and assessment practices, including effective classroom management, lesson planning, differentiation, and the use of learning technologies
• A minimum of three (3) years’ teaching experience in an International or SPK school, preferably within the Cambridge curriculum
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and a range of digital learning platforms
• Good command of English (minimum equivalent of IELTS 6.0)
• Computer literate and confident in using educational technology to enhance learning
• A collaborative team player who is hardworking, creative, dynamic, patient, dedicated, and well organised
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for teaching
• Adaptable to new challenges and responsive to diverse learner needs
• Willing to go the extra mile to support students’ academic progress and well-being
