Responsibilities
- Memimpin, mengarahkan, dan mengawasi tim Customer Service.
- Melakukan training dan evaluasi performa tim.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang & logistik terkait kendala pengiriman.
- Menangani kasus eskalasi (refund, retur, komplain berat).
- Membuat laporan performa CS harian/mingguan/bulanan.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim marketing untuk campaign promosi & handling lonjakan order.
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Manajemen, Komunikasi, atau relevan).
- Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang Customer Service Marketplace.
- Berpengalaman memimpin tim.
- Memahami sistem dan dashboard marketplace.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi & problem solving yang baik.
