Finance Business Development

We are seeking a Financial Business Development Executive to support investor relations, business development initiatives, and project financial monitoring. This role bridges financial analysis with strategic business execution—working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the company’s growth and financial visibility.

• Manage communication between corporate management and investors, including information release, inquiry handling, and feedback coordination.
• Support investor relations by providing clear, up-to-date financial and operational information to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
• Prepare and review financial documents for investors, including annual/quarterly reports, business model summaries, and strategic direction updates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business development activities such as acquisitions, project design, joint ventures, and financial transactions.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, sales, budget, and financial statements.
• Oversee project performance, including construction progress, timeline tracking, and operational efficiency.
• Produce quarterly project financial reports and provide insights to management.
• Support company‑wide strategic planning initiatives in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Prepare business and brand highlight presentations for potential partners or investors.

• Demonstrated strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and solid working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience in utilizing business models, conducting budget variance analysis, and performing financial forecasting.
• Strong ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with senior corporate executives, present insights confidently, and constructively challenge assumptions when necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, business development, or related functions.
• Proven experience in the real estate industry, including understanding of project cycles, financial structures, and market dynamics.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
