• Partners with 1UL HSM KAM and Field Force Manager
• Lead operational process of Master data creation/changes, TMI accrual, and relevant documentation of the customers
• Provide an accurate monthly forecast figure of 1UL HSM TMI and FF cost for each Business Unit
• Responsible for budget deployment process within HSM and Field Force
• Be the champion for business insight analytics and process improvement within HSM and Field Force

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 2-3 years Finance experience with focus on partnering through analysis.

• Enjoys solving issues and possesses an inquisitive mind, constantly looking out for better ways of working
• Works well under pressure, organized, meticulous, motivated and as well as team-player
• Able to handle different tasks/projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Basic understanding of P&L

PT. Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia (UOI) was established on January 3rd, 2012 and is wholly owned by Unilever Netherland. UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.
