Overview

  • Basic Job Function: Assist the Customer Relations Manager with Administration activities. Perform procurement input by the e-procurement system (PR, PO, GRN). Liaise with consultants and service providers. Assist with e-payments and process invoices. Arrange travel, hotels, and transportation. Assist with personal claims. Perform other administrative tasks as directed by the superior.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Relations Manager.
  • Ensure the availability of service providers, agents and service companies needed by the Company for transportation, hotels, tour & travel agents, office buildings, electronics, furniture, stationery, etc.
  • Ensure that all work spaces are clean, tidy and smell good.
  • Ensure that all Company assets are properly recorded and their usage monitored.
  • Ensure that all administrative documents are arranged and stored neatly.
  • Ensure that procurement of goods, storage of goods and distribution of goods are carried out according to applicable procedures and in accordance with the annual budget.
  • Ensure that official travel, hotel, transportation activities are documented.
  • Ensure that work equipment and supplies as well as office facilities, including the pantry, are in good condition and ready to use.
  • Provide monthly accountability reports on the Department's operational activities for superiors.
  • Provide ideas, suggestions, and input regarding innovative development.
Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in economics, management or related major.
  • At least 1 year of experience as Administration Assistant.
  • Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, able to build relationships, adaptive, with excellent ethics and integrity.
  • Willing to work in Jakarta Premium Outlets Office Alam Sutera Tangerang.
