Intern Hospitals Data Admin

We are looking for a Intern Hospitals Data Admin to support our Clinical Governance team in strengthening standardized and well-structured clinical documentation across the hospital.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, organized, and interested in clinical governance, quality, and healthcare documentation.

• Assist in mapping clinical authorities and privileges into standardized and digitalized templates.
• Support the development, drafting, and structuring of Clinical Practice Guidelines (PPK/CPG) in accordance with hospital policies and applicable regulations.
• Organize and manage clinical and administrative data into structured digital formats.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative stakeholders when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably from a healthcare-related background (e.g., Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, or related fields).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets (data entry, basic formulas, tables, filtering).
• Basic understanding of Clinical Practice Guidelines (PPK/CPG) and Clinical Pathways (CP) or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
