Administrative Management
The General Affairs role plays a critical part in maintaining the infrastructure, support services, and administrative functions that enable the smooth operation of a company, ensuring a well‑maintained, organized, and efficient workplace.
Responsibilities- Implement and improve office policies and procedures for smooth operations
- Lead and oversee cleaning services and outsourced vendors, including service quality control and payment administration.
- Manage gardening operations, outdoor areas, and waste management to ensure a clean, safe, and well‑maintained environment.
- Ensure smooth operation and upkeep of the main office, general facilities, and air shower areas.
- Coordinate maintenance of building utilities such as air conditioning systems and elevators with MTC and external vendors.
- Support and contribute to facility‑related projects, renovations, and workplace improvement initiatives.
- Oversee canteen operations, including daily meal and snack arrangements as well as catering for VIP visits and special events.
- Manage locker allocation, maintenance, and user administration to ensure organized facility usage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering (Civil), Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs / Facilities Management, preferably within a manufacturing or corporate office environment.
- Native‑level Mandarin communication skills (spoken and written).
- Solid experience managing cleaning services, landscaping, waste management, and overall facility hygiene standards.
- Good understanding of building utilities (AC, elevators, and other facilities systems) and experienced in coordinating with maintenance contractors.
- Proven ability to manage vendors and service providers, including performance monitoring and payment administration.
- Hands‑on experience overseeing canteen operations, ensuring meal quality, hygiene compliance, vendor coordination, and cost control.
- Experience supporting facility‑related projects, renovations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong administrative capabilities including documentation, reporting, budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Comfortable analyzing financial and statistical expense data with strong Excel skills (advanced formulas preferred).
- Familiar with K3 / HSE standards in manufacturing environments.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
