Cost Accounting Supervisor

• Education:
  
  Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Cost Control, preferably with experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of costing procedures, production journals, inventory journals, and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) calculations.
• Able to perform cost variance analysis, evaluate operational cost performance, and conduct stock takes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Strong analytical skills for cost efficiency.
• High integrity.
• Leadership skills to build a team.
• Willing to work at Cikupa - Tangerang.

• Create and analyze reports on costing, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), gross profit margin, BOM (Bill of Materials), and other production-related matters.
• Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs and identify the root causes of these differences.
• Create and review production, purchasing, and inventory reports.
• Ensure data accuracy in ERP/accounting systems such as SAP.
