Position: Accounting & Tax Staff

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance
• 1–2 years of experience in tax/finance (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Familiar with e‑Faktur, VAT input & output, and monthly VAT reporting
• Understand sales and purchase returns and related accounting entries
• Experienced in reconciling sales, returns, and tax data
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table is a plus)
• Experience using accounting software (Accurate, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and strong in administrative work
• Able to work under deadlines, communicate effectively, and collaborate across teams
• Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
• Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang (WFO policy)

• Tax Compliance and Documentation:
  Verify supporting documents for tax calculations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Organize, maintain, and archive all tax‑related documentation and filings.
• Tax Calculation and Reporting:
  Calculate and withhold taxes on applicable transactions. Prepare tax and VAT summaries, including generating CSV files for internal and external reporting.
• Invoice and Tax Document Management:
  Create and manage input and output tax invoices. Draft tax refund letters and handle return notes for both purchases and sales.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
  Coordinate tax‑related matters with distributors, vendors, and outlets.
• Process Improvement and Quality Assurance:
  Conduct issue analysis using PICA methodology. Support implementation and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
