Accounting & Tax Staff​/SPV; Property​/Real Estate Background - Alam Sutera

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather relevant financial information.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Respond to inquiries from tax authorities and resolve any tax‑related issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and tax preparation (Staff).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and tax preparation (Supervisor).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., IFCA, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
