Van Driver

The Best Connection Tamworth are recruiting Van Drivers for day shift refrigerated deliveries. Flexible start times between 06:00-15:00, competitive pay rates with increases after 12 weeks, and ongoing work. Full training provided with a 5-out-of-7 shift pattern and no Sunday working.

Pay &

Working Hours:

• Day shifts: start times between 06:00 - 15:00
• Any 5 out of 7 days (no Sunday work)

Pay Rates:

• Monday - Friday: £13.10 per hour (rising to £13.60 after 12 weeks)
• Saturday: £14.25 per hour (rising to £14.75 after 12 weeks)
• Overtime after 42 hours: £17.68 per hour (rising to £18.30 after 12 weeks)

Job Overview:
You will be completing chilled deliveries to company customers using refrigerated vans. Routes vary daily with approximately 20-30 drops per shift. Drivers will self-load vans using a pump truck before departure. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for experienced van drivers looking for stable, ongoing work.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 6 months commercial van driving experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexible to work across weekdays and Saturdays
• Good customer service and time management skills
