MINI Sales Executive

Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission.

Our Sales Executives are at the heart of ensuring high‑class customer experiences at our dealerships.

As a Sales Executive you will be the key point of contact for customers during their car‑buying journey, ensuring service is delivered right first time and every time.

MINI Tamworth has an exciting opportunity for an individual with a customer service or sales background.

As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on the journey to buying a new car.

Sytner Sales Executives work flexible patterns, which can include weekends, to provide the highest level of service.

In addition to salary and an achievable OTE of £45,000, you will receive a company car and benefits such as subsidised manufacturer car purchase schemes for family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership, and discounts with high‑street retailers.

You will have good interpersonal skills, pride yourself in engaging with customers face‑to‑face, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be beneficial.

Applicants may be asked to attend an assessment centre.

Minimum requirement: customer service experience within a retail environment.
