The Brown and Hurley Group are growing fast and want you to be part of our team in Tamworth. In this role, you will interpret and sell parts to customers, source parts for the service team and undertake stock take, administration and other parts duties

• Knowledge of truck parts
• Customer-focused, sales driven, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, good organisational and computer skills
• Forklift licence (desirable)
• Kenworth or DAF parts knowledge (desirable)

• Car, agricultural, machinery and other parts experts looking to move into the industry
• Truck mechanics looking to move into parts

• Providing exceptional customer service and sell parts to customers
• Ensure customer and workshop parts needs are met by correctly identifying the make, model and variation of the vehicle they’re requesting parts for
• Develop an in-depth understanding of parts inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make more purchases
• Source required parts and arrange dispatch
• Process payments and prepare invoices
